Two Movies!

10:00 A.M. – Zambia Hope International

A 10-minute movie about the programs for Zambian orphans supported by the Seniors Resource Center.

10:10 A.M. – Mama Mia!

Based on the international hit musical featuring the songs of pop superstars ABBA, this charming tale centers on a bride-to-be (Amanda Seyfried) and her plan to uncover her father's identity by inviting three of her mother's (Meryl Streep) former lovers to her wedding. This Golden Globe nominee for Best Picture (Comedy or Musical) also stars Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Stellan Skarsgård and Christine Baranski.

Computer Classes
Participants will receive individualized instruction and have a computer for his/her use. Class size is limited, so call (301-624-5714) ahead to reserve your place. First come first served. All classes are free.

10: 00 A.M. til Noon - Introduction to Microsoft Excel Part II

This class will help participants create documents using Microsoft Excel. Expand your understanding of spreadsheets and other functions of Excel. Learn how Excel can help you track a budget, report expenses and help you manage your finances and business in other ways. The instructor is April Seek.

A one-hour introduction to the components of computers and how they work together. The class provides an opportunity to become familiar with basic computer functions and the Microsoft operating system.

11:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon – Introduction to Microsoft Word

This class will help participants to learn from the very basics through fancy formatting, tables, styles, tables of contents, headings and multilevel lists.
The instructor is April Seek.

10:00 A.M. – 11:00 AM - Introduction to Microsoft Word

This class will help participants to learn how to insert tables, bullets& columns, How to get things from Word to Excel.

11:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon – Introduction to Microsoft Excel Part I

This class will help participants create documents using Microsoft Excel. Learn how to create a spreadsheet and have Excel calculate results for you. Learn how Excel can help you keep track of a budget. The instructor is April Seek.

Learn how to use digital image software (Google's Picasa) and how to send and receive images over the Internet. The instructor is Dr. Ahmed Salem of Hood College.

Learn how to use digital image software (Google's Picasa) and how to send and receive images over the Internet. The instructor is April Seek.
