The Seniors Resource Center (SRC) is a modern, fully handicapped-accessible facility in Frederick, Maryland, offering education and enrichment programs for the seniors 50 and over. Our mission is to provide year-round programs that enhance life for seniors.

Among our services we provide information on programs and services provided by other private agencies and the government, a library of books and periodicals of value and interest to seniors, and information on national legislation that impacts the lives of seniors. The SRC also offers computer training, an on-going writing workshop and a wide range of presentations by local organizations.

Programs are free or charge, however pre-registration is required as space is limited. An annual membership is available for $10.00. Membership privileges include full use of the center, mailings, and priority seating for classes and seminars.

The SRC was established by the Civic Council, a 501(c)(4) not-for-profit organization.
